What grade of matcha do you have?
Our matcha is of premium quality that is intended to be brewed as a tea, as an addition to drinks such as smoothies and milk, or to meals.

Does it contain caffeine?
Yes, each serving (1 gram) contains about 30 mg of caffeine, which is equivalent to 1/3 cup of coffee. Matcha also contains theanine, which calms and reduces the effects of caffeine.

What is the difference between premium grade, culinary grade and ceremonial grade?
Culinary grade matcha is used for cooking. Premium matcha, an alternative to ceremonial matcha, goes well with milk, yogurt or smoothies. Ceremonial matcha, the best variety from the first harvest, is used for tea ceremonies.

How should you store the product?
To maintain freshness, Premium Matcha should be stored in the refrigerator, protected from air and moisture to prevent oxidation. An airtight bag is recommended for optimal storage.

How much matcha should I consume?
In order not to exceed the recommended daily intake of caffeine for adults, no more than 5 grams of matcha per day should be consumed - this corresponds to about five cups of matcha tea.
