  • Elderberries, also known regionally as "lilac fruits", have a sweet-tart flavor with earthy undertones and a floral aroma, and taste sweeter than you might expect. This is balanced by a fresh, palate-cleansing finish.
    • Our natural wild-harvested elderberries are higher in flavonoids than blueberries, cranberries, goji berries and blackberries.
  • Add dried elderberries to hot water to drink as a tea, or use them to make tarts and pastries, jam, jelly, wine, herbal liqueur and syrup. Dried elderberries are a delicious addition to tea and herbal blends flavored with lemon; when cooked, they enhance milkshakes, syrups, wine, fruit jams and jellies.
