Green tea
1. Fill a spoonful of matcha (approx. 1-2g) into a chawan (matcha bowl).\n2. Add 60-80 ml of hot water (approx. 80°C).\n3. Use a chasen (matcha whisk) and whisk the powder and water vigorously for about 20-30 seconds until a fine foam forms.\n4. Enjoy matcha as is or mix it into smoothies or baking recipes.
