High in protein and versatile: These soybean flakes are suitable for making muesli and sweet dishes, as well as a substitute for minced meat in savory dishes such as meatballs, sauces, soups and casseroles. As a snack, you can bake them briefly in the oven and refine them with Alnatura peanut butter, for example. Alnatura soybean flakes come from organic farming.
