Chamomile: one of the oldest medicinal plants
Chamomile has been one of the most used and valued medicinal plants in the world since ancient times.
There are different types of chamomile, the most common of which are Roman chamomile, feverfew and German chamomile, also known as matricaria or wild chamomile.
We have carefully selected organic German chamomile flowers that, due to their properties and quality of taste, are more suitable for herbal tea than other species that develop bitterness.

Chamomile is traditionally consumed for:
- Its soothing properties help to combating nervousness, anxiety and insomnia*

The secrets of chamomile tea
Chamomile contains numerous components with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, in particular:
- Apigenin, an antioxidant that works in the brain to combat insomnia and promote sleep*.
- Matricin with a strong anti-inflammatory effect*
Preparation
Steep 1 teaspoon of dried flowers in a cup of boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
- In case of indigestion, drink 1 cup after meals. 2 to 6 cups a day
- In case of insomnia, drink 1 cup 20 minutes before going to bed by tripling the dose of chamomile

Chamomile is not recommended for asthmatics, allergic to asteraceae plants and in combination with anticoagulants.
