Le Tonique tea mate is made from carefully selected ingredients:
- Mate tea from Origeens - no stem or powder,
- Lemon grass
- Ginger

Preparation methods
Traditional
Mate is traditionally drunk using a bombilla (filter straw) in a teacup (mate cup): a way of tasting that gives it even more charm!
Mate Cocido
It is a Spanish term for brewing mate as tea or coffee. Use a tea infuser, strainer, or simply your favorite tea utensil.
Terere Iced Mate Tea
Cold or iced mate tea, also known as "Terere", is a very common preparation method, especially in Paraguay, but also very popular in Brazil and Argentina during the hot summer months.
