Product description
High quality dried organic elderberries in a practical 450g bag. Our organic elderberries have been allowed to ripen naturally and develop their full flavour. They are therefore ideal for: elderberry tea, elderberry syrup and ideal as an ingredient in smoothies and mueslis. The versatile berries are also perfect for baking and cooking. In line with our philosophy, 100% organic elderberries are completely additive-free. Carefully handpicked in Germany. Note: Dried elderberry seeds naturally contain the substance sambunigrin. Sambunigrin can cause nausea and diarrhea if consumed in excess. The substance is decomposed from approx. 80°C. Our fruits are dried at this temperature. Recommendation: We recommend 1 teaspoon (2 g) of dried elderberries per day.
