Grinding mechanism

At Peugeot, each spice gets its own specific mechanism, releasing flavors that are too often overlooked: With the steel pepper mechanism, the peppercorns are directed downwards and chopped instead of crushed, so that their flavor can fully develop. This grinder is also suitable for red beans, if they are mixed with pepper in a maximum proportion of 15%, and coriander seeds. The mechanism of the salt mill processes the dry salt crystals into a fine powder - at the same time, the stainless steel protects against corrosion.

Tactile operation by touch
