The conically shaped swirl ensures that viel Luft unter den Teig is lifted and somit ein luftiger, glatter Kuchenteig entstecht. The hand mixer can be cleaned quickly after use: the swirls and kneading hooks are dishwasher safe and thanks to the smooth underside, the device can be easily wiped with a damp cloth.
