Like figs (Ficus), blackberries or blackberries (Morus) are a genus of plants in the blackberry family (Moraceae) and one of the oldest cultivated plants. Blackberries from certified organic crops

Our organic white blackberries (Morus alba) come from certified organic crops in Anatolia (Turkey) and are delicately processed after harvesting in raw food quality dried after harvest, so that the valuable ingredients are preserved in the best possible way. The fruits ripen in a long harvest phase, from July to August. They don't all ripen on the tree at the same time, but gradually, which means they can be harvested over several weeks. The harvest is rich and regular. Our blackberries are gently dried away from moisture in the fresh mountain air in the Taurus Mountains at an altitude of approximately 1,300 meters. Although they lose their color during drying, their sweet taste is intensified by the drying process, which means that the fruit can also be used as a sugar substitute (for example in tea or muesli).

Blackberries are raw food grade and free of artificial additives such as glutamate, flavor enhancers, artificial colors, artificial flavors and preservatives.
