The origin of our matcha teas
Preparation
1/2 teaspoon or 2 tablespoons of matcha bamboo in a matcha bowl.
Add 100 ml of hot water (80°C).
Beat for 30 seconds with a matcha whisk or milk frother until frothy.
For the matcha latte:
1. Heat 250 ml of milk and make foam
2. Pour the matcha tea over the frothed milk.
