Agar-agar in the form of flakes is an algae that, dissolved in liquids, has the property of gelling and thickening, being perfect for the preparation of jellies, compotes, jams and aspics from fruits or vegetables. It is available in a practical single-dose package, which improves its preservation and gives you the right amount of product for your preparations.

Vegetable gelling extract in powder form with a delicate aroma, to be used as an alternative to gelling agents of animal origin. Perfect for preparing sweet jellies, jams, desserts (such as vegetarian panna cotta or vegan Bavarian fruit creams) and savory recipes such as vegetable aspic. Method of preparation: It is quick and easy to use: just dissolve the Agar powder in a cold liquid, then bring to a boil for 2/3 minutes and combine it with your ingredients. Before use, let the mixture cool for 2-3 hours at room temperature or in the refrigerator. It is used in concentrations that vary between 2g/liter (for creamier jams) and 10g/liter (for thicker jellies).
