Matcha is a fine and very high quality green tea and has a centuries-old tradition in Japan. The tea plantations are covered four weeks before harvest, and the tea leaves acquire their typical fine and sour flavor and bright green color due to slow growth. Only the best young tea leaves are used for Raab Organic Matcha Tea Premium. They are grown on a plantation in southern Japan in strict accordance with ecological standards. After gentle drying and deveining of the leaves, they are finely ground in granite stone mills. Ingredients: 100% matcha green tea powder (from certified organic crops in Japan) Recommended dosage: Pour ½ teaspoon of matcha into a bowl and infuse with warm water at 80 °C, preferably soft. Then beat the tea with a small whisk for approx. 15 seconds until foamy. Once opened, please store in the refrigerator.
