What height is the pillow suitable for?
For good ergonomics, we recommend using the pillow in the lying position for heights between 1.50m and 1.90m and in the sitting position for heights between 1.65m and 1.90m. The difference is due to the position of the neck and the lumbar support.
When should I choose the MEDIUM-FIRM pillow option?
If you prioritize comfort, prefer soft mattresses OR weigh less than 100kg, then we recommend our MEDIUM-FIRM pillow option. This option is suitable for a maximum weight of 95 kg (width). When should I choose the firm pillow option? If you value support more, prefer firmer mattresses OR weigh more than 80kg, then we recommend our firm pillow option. This option is suitable for a maximum weight of 89 kg (narrow) and 100 kg (wide).
