Product description
Cover cakes, make figurines or any other type of decoration with this red velvet fondant from SmartFlex. Fondant is easy to handle, can be rolled very well and thin. Does not break, crack or stick while running. The surface is perfectly homogeneous, with a velvety feel. It can be used in different temperature ranges, from the Mediterranean to Scandinavia.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, drinking water, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm kernel), modified starch (potato starch), strawberry red food coloring (glycerol, propylene glycol, color (E129), emulsifier (E551)), thickener (xanthan gum), flavor, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid). E129 may have a negative effect on activity and attention in children.
Storage: Store in a dry place, at 16-23°C, away from light and air. After opening, put the remaining fondant back in the original packaging to avoid drying out.
