How to measure your size and fit your collar:

2. measure your neck circumference and chin height.

The soft foam collar can be worn throughout the day and during sleep to provide support and relieve neck pain.

Usage:

Step 1 Open both sides of the bandage outwards.

Step 2 Place the collar on the front of your neck and look forward with your chin and jaw line parallel to the floor. Place the top/center of the collar directly under the chin to support the lower jaw. The chin should not slide into the collar.

Step 3: Hold it with both hands and push one side of the panel towards the neck.

Step 4 Attach the left Velcro fastener to the right neck support. If you feel that the neck support cannot be close to your neck, you can tape the left side of the neck support to the tape on the right side of the neck support (but not over the end of the Velcro on the left side) to achieve the smallest size. You can adjust the Velcro to the best position according to the comfortable fit of your neck.

Recommendations for cleaning:

Hand wash in cold water, do not dry clean or tumble dry.

Do not wring vigorously after cleaning. You can press it with your hands or use a dry towel to absorb excess water. Dry in a warm, ventilated and dry place. Do not iron, dry or expose to direct sunlight.

If the neck support is not very dirty, it is recommended to wipe the surface of the neck support with a damp towel instead of washing it thoroughly. You can determine the frequency of cleaning according to the specific degree of soiling of the neck support.
