• What material is the slicer made of? depending on the model you have chosen, our slicers are made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, high quality plastic and molded rubber parts.
  
• How many revolutions per minute does the slicer blade reach? The speed for our electric slicers without electronic blade speed control is in the range of approximately 70-90 revolutions/minute.
  
• Can the slicer blade be sharpened? No, it is not possible to grind or sharpen the blades. The surface of the blades is hardened, regrinding or sharpening wears down the hardened surface and the blade dulls faster.
  
• Is it possible to replace the blade of the multi-function slicer? Yes, you can remove and replace all the blades of our multi-function slicers yourself. Depending on the model, our machines have different blade locks.
  
• Can I also cut frozen meat with the slicer? Our appliances are not designed for frozen food. Therefore, we advise you not to cut frozen food.
