The multi-functional folding slicer Markt 05 is perfect for you if you have limited space in your kitchen. The easy-care plastic slicer can be stored to save space and is easy and safe to use. When open, the striking 05 is non-slip on the worktop and precisely cuts all types of food, such as fruit, vegetables, bread or sausages.

• How many revolutions per minute can the slicer blade reach? The speed for our electric slicers without electronic blade speed control is in the range of approx. 70-90 revolutions/minute.
  
• Can the slicer blade be sharpened? No, it is not possible to grind or sharpen the blades. The surface of the blades is hardened, regrinding or sharpening wears down the hardened surface and the blade dulls faster.
  
• Is it possible to replace the blade of the multi-function slicer? Yes, you can remove and replace all the blades of our multi-function slicers yourself. Depending on the model, our machines have different blade locks.
  
• Can I remove the blade for cleaning? Each blade can be removed for easier and more thorough cleaning. You can read how to open which lock under "Can I replace the slicer blade?"
  
• Do I still need to assemble the slicer after purchase? Some of our slicers also require the assembly or insertion of a few components, such as the food cart or food collection tray.
