Massa Ticino is a rolled fondant that is particularly suitable for covering cakes and cupcakes and for modeling. This rolled fondant has great covering power and elasticity, so it can be rolled or shaped very thinly. Massa Ticino is probably the only decorating paste that does not sweat in a humid environment. This makes it ideal for keeping covered delicacies in the fridge. Very easy for everyone to work with. Ingredients: Sugar, sugar, water, sugar: Sugar, glucose, water, hydrogenated vegetable fat (RSPO palm kernel), trangent, vegetable oil (sunflower), glycerin, citric acid, sorbic acid, flavor. Dye: charcoal. Note for allergy sufferers: May contain traces of HAZELNUTS, HAZELNUTS and NUTS.
