If you want to work with less fat, you should use a pan with a non-stick coating. For dishes with a lot of sauce to be served directly in the pan, the so-called serving pan is ideal, which has a particularly high edge and can be transported directly to the table with the help of 2 side handles.

ProResist - resistance is useless
