This high quality powdered egg white icing meets the highest standards!

We use the finest icing sugar available in our instant mix. All the ingredients are perfectly harmonized.

Guaranteed to quickly and reliably produce a perfect egg white glaze every time.

With this icing you can use all the known royal icing techniques (eg trickling, oriental cording, pressure pipetting, etc.). Follow package directions and create the "right" consistency by adding egg white or water.

Tip: When making the frosting, make sure all equipment is free of grease and don't mix the frosting until it becomes frothy. Watch the product video for more important information.

Powder storage: Cool and dry Best before: Up to 24 months after production

Mixed storage: Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, do not dry out.
