RUF Rührteig-Mix Grundmischung im 1 kg Vorteilspack rechnet sich Von klassischem Obstboden bis hin zu bunt dekorierten Muffins: Mit der Grundmischung RUF Rührteig-Mix in der 1 kg Packung gelingt das Backen in kürzester Zeit. Dazu die Backmischung einfach mit Wasser und Öl und einem Schneebesen glatt verrühren. Pour the finished Rührteig onto a baking sheet or into a box. Der universelle Teig lässt sich beliebig mit Früchten, Nüssen oder anderen Backzutaten abwandeln. Ein Traum für kreative Backkünstler, die nach Lust und Laune auch gerne mal experimentieren!
Inhaltsstoffe / Ingredients
Ingredients: WEIZENMEHL, Zucker, WEIZENSTÄRKE, HÜHNERVOLLEIPULVER, SÜßMOLKENPULVER, Stärke, Glucosesirup, Backpulver (Backtriebmittel Natriumcarbonate, Säuerungsmittel Diphosphate). Kann Spuren von SOJA und SCHALENFRÜCHTEN enthalten.
Gebrauchsanweisung
Zubereitung: 1. Backmischung, Wasser und Öl mit einem Schneebesen glatt verrühren. 2. Die fertige Masse auf ein gefettetes hohes Backblech oder 1/1 GN Blech geben. 3. As 30-45 Minuten je nach Belag bei 170°C im vorgeheizten Ofen backen. Mengenangaben: Powder: 500 g | 1000 g, Water: 200 ml | 400 ml, Speiseöl: 200 ml, 400 ml, Portions (at 75 g): 12 | 24, Packungsinhalt ergibt 24 Portionen à 75 g.
