Ingredients: Baking mix: Sugar, corn flour, starch (corn and potato), modified starch (potato), natural flavor, table salt. Icing with vegetable fats containing cocoa with whole milk powder (15%): Sugar, vegetable fats (palm, coconut, shea), whole milk powder (15%), reduced fat cocoa powder (5%), lactose, emulsifier lecithin. May contain traces of EGGS, SOY and NUTS.
Instructions for use
You will also need: For the dough: 125g soft butter 1 egg (size M) A little starch for spreading For decoration: Sprinkles of gluten-free sugar or other decorations Preparation: Prepare the dough Put the baking mixture, egg and soft butter in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer (dough hook) on medium speed until coarse crumbs form. Knead the crumbs with starched hands until smooth. Divide the dough in half and refrigerate for about 45 minutes. Bake Take some of the dough out of the fridge and roll it out thinly on a work surface sprinkled with starch. Cut out cookies using cookie cutters and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies on the middle rack of the preheated oven. Repeat the process with the remaining dough. Baking time may vary depending on the size and thickness of the cookies. After baking, let the cookies cool on a wire rack. Decoration: Place the icing bag in boiling water and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Open the frosting bag and decorate the cooled cookies with the liquid frosting as desired. Top/bottom oven: approx. 180 °C Fan oven: approx. 160 °C Baking time: about 12 minutes
