You will also need: For the dough: 1 egg (size M), 100 ml cooking oil (e.g. sunflower oil), 75 ml water or milk (1.5% fat) For the glaze: 20 ml (2 tablespoons) lukewarm water Preparation: First: Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat or 180 °C fan oven. 1. Prepare the dough Place the baking mix, egg, cooking oil and water or milk in a bowl and mix with the mixer (sticks) first briefly on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for approx. 1 minute, until you get a cream. 2.bake Place 20 mini muffin tins on a baking tray. With the help of 2 teaspoons, distribute the dough evenly in the molds. Place the tins in the oven and bake on the middle shelf. Before taking them out of the oven, check with a wooden skewer if the mini muffins are well baked. Place the mini muffins on a cookie rack to cool. 3. Decoration Mix the glaze mixture with warm water until homogenous and brush the mini muffins with glaze. Sprinkle decorative confetti over the still wet frosting.
