What could be better than hot cocoa with cream? Chocolate cake or chocolate pudding are also delicious - but they would hardly be possible without cocoa beans. Due to its full-bodied and slightly bitter taste, our organic cocoa is especially suitable for baking cakes, muffins and biscuits. Cocoa powder is also ideal for making hot drinks and desserts and offers an all-natural cocoa flavor. Compared to heavily skimmed cocoa, our lightly skimmed cocoa still contains at least 20% cocoa butter. This gives the cocoa powder a distinct chocolate taste and gives it a more intense chocolate taste. On the other hand, very low-fat cocoa powder is less flavorful. All natural, uncomplicated and of the highest organic quality - our organic cocoa. Our tip for a delicious drinking chocolate: mix 1 teaspoon of cocoa and 1-2 teaspoons of sugar in a mug and add milk or boiling water, stirring constantly. So delicious.
