Wholemeal oat flakes (55%), wholemeal milk powder, starch, cane sugar, dried apple pieces (5.9%), cinnamon, sea salt, natural flavouring.

Mode of use

Add: for one portion (approx. 65 g): 150 ml boiling water. Method of preparation: 1. For one portion, pour approx. 3 heaping tablespoons (65g) of porridge mix in a cup or bowl. 2. Add 150 ml of boiling water. 3. Mix well with a spoon and let it sit for 3 minutes.
