Due to the low cocoa butter content and the high cocoa content of at least 50%, the chocolate drops are resistant to baking, so they do not melt during baking and remain firm to the bite. XXL chocolate chunks can not only be mixed into muffin and cookie dough, but are also suitable as a frosting on cupcakes and creams. They are a delicious alternative to milk chocolate with a rich flavor, free of animal products and gluten.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier lecithin. Cocoa: minimum 50%. Note for people with allergies and/or intolerances: May contain traces of MILK and NUTS.

Preparation: For baking and decoration. Ideal for cookies, muffins and brownies. Simply mix in the batter at the end and bake.
