May contain traces of EGGS, NUTS, PEANUTS, SOY, MILK, SESAME, MUSTARD, SULPHITE. Uses: For decorating confectionery and pastry products. Maximum dosage: 1 g/kg of preparation. Nutritional information per 100 g: Energy: 250 kJ/59 kcal; Fats: 0 g, of which saturated fatty acids: 0 g; Carbohydrates: 12.5 g, of which sugars: 1.5 g; Protein: 0.7 g; Salt: 0 g.
