SENCHA LEMON - GREEN COFFEE WITH MATCHA AND LEMON GRASS
The mild taste of Sencha green tea is elegantly complemented by the addition of aromatic lemongrass. Matcha complements the flavor and gives the tea an intense light green color. This tea has an aroma soft, fruity and refreshing.
- 4 - 5 teaspoons / liter or 1 teaspoon / 200 ml
- 1st infusion: 75 - 85 °C for 60 seconds, 2nd-4th infusion: 75 - 85 °C for 30 seconds
This tea can be infused multiple times and develops different flavors with each infusion.
Infusion time and temperature can of course be adjusted as needed.

Theain for preparation
We recommend using a Japanese teapot (Kyusu) to brew a good green tea. With an infusion amount of 200-400 ml, less tea needs to be used and the tea can be infused more often. Good Japanese teapots have an integrated tea strainer that holds the tea leaves in the teapot.
