Some edible sugar paste decorations may contain supporting elements such as power wires or pieces of treated wood, used exclusively for stability and fixation.
The wood used is intended for the food industry, being cleaned, disinfected and treated accordingly. However, it is not edible and must be removed before consumption of the decoration.
🧁 Edible decoration it is not contaminated through contact with these materials — they are specially designed not to transfer chemical or organoleptic properties to the food product.

Important shipping and delivery information
Our sugarpaste products are handcrafted with great care and professionally packaged to withstand shipping as well as possible. However, the fragile nature of these products makes them susceptible to improper handling. We do not assume responsibility for deformations or damages resulting from defective transport carried out by the courier company.
Mandatory procedure when receiving the package:
When the courier arrives, please carefully inspect the outside of the package before collecting it. If you notice that the package shows signs of deformation, impact or damage:
- Refuse picking up the parcel on the spot
- Request required from the courier a statement of findings for the damaged package
- Send us the invoice and we will resend the product to you at our expense without any further discussion
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
