Matcha uses the entire content of the leaf and 100% of the valuable nutrients, unlike conventional green tea, which uses part of the leaf. Our classic organic matcha comes from Kyoto, where farmers have been growing matcha for generations. The finest tea buds are carefully picked and dried before being ground into a fine, light green powder. Tea leaves are grown in the shade to stimulate chlorophyll and produce more theanine and caffeine.
BIO MATCHA GREEN TEA POWDER FOR BEVERAGES AND BAKING
The powder has a unique and distinctive aroma and is known for its energizing properties. Our classic matcha is a latte variant (more refined than culinary grade) and is used to make drinks and pastries or as a natural food coloring.
The powder is rich in vitamins A, K, C and iron and contributes to the normal functioning of the skin, gums, bones, cognitive functions and the nervous system.
RECIPE: MATCHA SMOOTHIE
Ingredients: ✔ 1 teaspoon Sevenhills matcha powder ✔ 250 ml of almond milk ✔ 65 g of mango ✔ 80 g frozen banana ✔ 25 g of spinach ✔ ½ tsp ground ginger ✔ a pinch of salt ✔ 2 teaspoons shelled hemp seeds ✔ 20 g of agave syrup ✔ 2 mint leaves
Method:
- Measure all the ingredients and put them in a blender .
- Blend until a smoothie consistency is achieved.
