Product description
Black SmartFlex fondant is easy to handle and is great for covering cakes, making figures or any kind of decoration. The fondant can be rolled very fine and thin. Does not break, crack or stick while running. The surface is perfectly homogeneous, with a velvety appearance. It can be used in different temperature ranges, from the Mediterranean to Scandinavia.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, drinking water, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm seeds), modified starch (potato starch), black food coloring (E153), thickener (xanthan gum), flavoring, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid).
Storage: Store in a dry place, at 16-23°C, away from light and air. After opening, put the remaining fondant in the original packaging to avoid drying out.
