Pastel Mixer White makes it easy to color cake ingredients. Oil allows you to color chocolate, buttercream, sugar paste and all fat-soluble food ingredients.
White dyes without titanium dioxide eliminate the yellow border; it helps open up the sugar paste and reduce the yellow tint in the buttercream and chocolate.

Shake well before use. Add a little at a time to get a tint, but the color will develop over time. Let set for 1 to 2 hours to allow color to develop. You can always add more color afterwards. Leave to set overnight to increase color intensity. Storage: Store in hermetically sealed containers, in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
