The Symphony Ergonomic Neck Pillow is TEMPUR's 2-in-1 pillow and is perfect for side and back sleepers. Provides special support for the head, neck and shoulders. The more curved part adapts perfectly to the shape of the shoulder and allows a comfortable sleeping position on the side. The flatter side resembles a conventional pillow and provides back sleepers with pleasant head and neck support. TEMPUR pillows - often called "health pillows" - are designed to support the natural curvature of the neck and head. This ensures restful sleep by relieving cervical pain and tension. In general, the wider the shoulders, the higher the pillow needs to be. Since a softer mattress causes the body to sink deeper into the bed, the pillow must be correspondingly thinner.
