Instructions for use
Remove the sanitary napkin from the packaging and place it inside the panties. Make sure it fits correctly and adheres well. Use a sanitary pad for a maximum of 4-6 hours depending on your menstrual flow. After use, dispose of the sanitary napkin in a toilet or in a container provided for this purpose.
