How to use Wella Professionals Koleston Perfect Me+ Deep Browns Hair dye is mixed with Welloxon Perfect Developer in a ratio of 1:1 with six, nine or twelve percent and applied evenly to dry hair. The application time depends on the desired color result and the strength of the oxidizing agent used. If you want to intensify or correct the color shade, you can also mix hair colors with Perfect Me+ Special Mix.
