Wilton Lemon Yellow Frosting Color is a concentrated food coloring. It is suitable for coloring buttercream, marzipan, fondant, gum paste, icing, pastries, cookie dough and more. You can also mix colors to create your own color. To do this, color two pieces of fondant separately and mix them together. Instructions: Use a toothpick to take some color from the container. Each time you add more color, use a clean toothpick and wipe it on the marzipan or fondant. For more intense color, simply add more color. Knead well for an even coloring, knead less for a marbled effect. Make sure the color stays in the center of the mixture to avoid the color settling on your hands. Wash your hands with warm water and soap to remove the color from your hands. Suitable for water-based food use. It is not suitable for coloring chocolate. Maximum dosage to use: 1.55 g / 100 g
