Material: oak wood, ceramic grinder, glass container (dishwasher safe). No dirt on the work surface because the grinding hole of the salt and pepper mill is at the top. Taste-tight closure

The adjustment wheel allows continuous adjustment of the grind from coarse to fine. With each rotation, the grind comes out with an even grain. Large opening for easy refilling

The ceramic grinder is harder than steel, without corrosion and wear. It grinds peppercorns and salt, dried herbs (hot peppers) and spices. Ceramic is food neutral and non-abrasive
