Mellow Yellow sugarpaste has a beautiful bright yellow color and a delicious vanilla flavor. Perfect for covering a cake and cutting out shapes. Knead well before use and spread a thin layer of powdered sugar. You can also use sugar paste to sculpt or create different shapes and patterns. Also suitable for coloring with food coloring. For best results, let the fondant rest (covered) for an hour after coloring. Knead the sugar paste again before continuing. To cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you will need about 500 g of fondant.
