An Ayurvedic spice tea blend with turmeric, cinnamon and ginger. The combination of turmeric, chai spices and a dash of cinnamon gives the tea its full and strong flavor. For Golden Milk: Simply boil the tea bag in milk (100 °C), then leave to infuse for at least 5 minutes for safe consumption.
