Over the years, we have become inventors. Since 1731, we have been making ZWILLING knives in Solingen, Germany, the birthplace of the world's sword, knife and scissor makers. Our master bladesmiths are trained for 8 years before they can lay their hands on our knives. Unfolding and cutting the ingredients, handling, tasting here and there, the moment you smell the sauce specially prepared according to a family recipe.
