Air outside - freshness inside. Here's how it works with all FRESH & SAVE products: Simply place the handy vacuum pump on the valve of your vacuum box or bag and the pump will now suck in air at the touch of a button. As soon as the desired vacuum is reached, the vacuum pump stops automatically.

It doesn't matter which ZWILLING Fresh & Save line you choose, pumps, boxes, bags and wine stoppers can be freely combined with each other. You can seal the gray boxes with the trendy La Mer vacuum pump - or vice versa.

HOW MUCH ARE VACUATED FOODS?
Shelf life depends on several factors, such as initial bacterial content, hygiene during preparation, storage and cooling conditions. The ZWILLING app calculates the approximate shelf life depending on the food group and storage location (non-binding guide value).

C T REMAINING TIME N HOT FOODS IN CONTAINERS OR BAGS AFTER VACUALIZATION?
Food should not be vacuum packed hot and should always be pre-cooled to at least room temperature. FRESH & SAVE products do not have an insulating function and therefore do not keep food warm.

HOW DOES THE QR CODE WORK?
The QR code connects the food used with the ZWILLING app. If the food is nearing the end of its shelf life, the app reminds you in time and thus helps to avoid food waste.

DO THE BOXES HAVE A REFILL LIMIT?
The soup must not come into contact with the contents of the can for the seal to work optimally. Therefore, the boxes need about 1 to 2 cm of space to the edge - and so that the lid closes properly.
