Quality starts with the material: ZWILLING cutlery is made of 18/10 stainless steel, which ensures superior quality and a long service life. The forks, spoons and knives are then manufactured in several elaborate and demanding steps before being polished until they are free of marks, scratches or grooves. Apart from the sharp tips of the forks and the sharp blades of the knives, which have a clean serrated edge for optimum cutting quality, all other edges are lightly ground. In addition to material and finish, the thickness of the material also plays an important role in the matter of quality: menu forks and spoons are always at least 2.5 mm thick.

Care instructions

ZWILLING cutlery can be used daily and cleaned in the dishwasher. For long-term enjoyment of high-quality knives and forks, additional care instructions are recommended: To protect the surface of the steel, food residues must be removed under running water immediately after use. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents and hard sponges or brushes. In the dishwasher, cutlery should be placed unsorted and with the handle facing down in the holder provided. If you find rust on your ZWILLING cutlery, it may be so-called "flash rust", which has been transferred from other non-stainless products. Early removal of these stains prevents the formation of deep scratches.
