Für Bauckhof's Müslis verwenden sie exclusively other Dinkelsorten. Typical varieties are, for example, "Oberkulmer Rotkorn" and "Schwabenkorn". Ihrer Demeter Dinkel kommt von biologisch-dynamisch wirtschaftenden Landwirten größtenteils aus Norddeutschland. Die Landwirte sind in einer Erzeugergemeinschaft zusammengeschlossen und unterliegen regulare Kontrollen.
