• Organic Grade Cranberries (Blueberries) | Carefully dried, with no added sugar and refined with apple syrup (39%) & sunflower oil (1%), our berries are flavorful and versatile.
• Why? | Thanks to refinement with apple syrup and sunflower oil, our blueberries not only taste particularly juicy. They are also less acidic, without their natural sour flavor being falsified by added sugar.
HOW? | Cranberries are sweeter than sultanas and can be substituted if you prefer a less sweet flavor - as a dried fruit in muesli, as a flavored snack, as an ingredient in cooking and baking and in salads.
• OUR ADVICE | Added sugar often accentuates natural flavors. By sweetening very subtly with apple syrup instead of sugar, we emphasize the flavor of our organic cranberries and ensure they don't taste too tart or tart.

• Why is the product additive-free and has a Nutriscore D/E?

  The Nutriscore system measures the content of saturated fatty acids, carbohydrates, sugar and salt in food. Products without additives, which naturally have a higher content of these ingredients, fall into categories D/E.

• Is it suitable for vegans and people who want to have a balanced diet?

  Our products do not contain ingredients of animal origin and are therefore suitable for a complete and balanced vegan diet.
