Product description
Cover your cakes, make figures or other types of decorations with this Black Velvet Fondant from SmartFlex. The fondant is easy to take by hand, it can be rolled very well and thinly. Does not tear, crack or stick while RUNNING. The surface is perfectly homogeneous, with a velvety feel. It can be used in different temperature ranges, from the Mediterranean to Scandinavia. Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, drinking water, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm seeds), modified starch (potato starch), black food coloring (E153), thickener (xanthan gum), flavoring, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid). Storage: Store in a dry place, 16-23°c, away from light and air. After opening put the remaining Fondant back in the original packaging to avoid drying.
