Here's how it works in the microwave:

Place the bag upright in the microwave and heat on the lowest power (max. 250 watts) for about 3-4 minutes, until the contents are completely liquid. Knead the bag briefly, unscrew the lid and decorate the cooled cookies with the hot glaze. If there is frosting left, heat it in a hot water bath as described.

Here's how to do it in a hot water bath:

Place or place the bag in sufficiently hot water for approx. 10 minutes. Remove the bag from the water with the help of a saucepan, dry it (water must not enter the glaze), knead it and unscrew the closing flap. Decorate the cooled cookies with the hot frosting. If there is any left, reseal the bag, let the frosting cool, and eat it promptly.

If you simply want to pour over or dip the frosting, cut along the cut line.
