TASTY - Dong Ding Oolong has a complex, roasted and sweet flavor. The finish has a fruity note that lingers in the mouth for a long time.HAND-PICKED - During the spring harvest season, the leaves are lovingly picked and processed by hand. PREPARATION - This oolong can be infused at least 4 times! For a perfect tea, we recommend infusing 6 g of tea leaves with 500 ml of water at 70°C for 2 minutes. Enjoy and have fun!

The Dong Ding Oolong - Original from Taiwan
We source our Dong Ding Oolong from Mr. Huang, who recently took over his father's business. His father was one of the first tea growers in Taiwan to work intensively on the production of tea sustainable teas.
Like his father, his son now carries forward the idea of growing high-quality tea.
Flavor
During our first tasting of Dong Ding, we were particularly surprised by the complexity of the flavors, which are strong and nutty in the first infusion and turns into lighter, more floral notes with subsequent infusions.
Origin & facts
This premium tea comes from Mr. Huang's tea garden in the Nantou region of Taiwan and is grown at an altitude of about 350 meters. Dong Ding (凍頂) means "frozen peak" and is the name of one of the most famous tea growing regions in Taiwan!

Oxidation level: 15-20%
Cultivar: Jade Oolong
We recommend brewing this wonderful oolong at 80 °C for 3-4 minutes. You can infuse this oolong from up to five times.
