Enamel is a tried and tested material that can be used in the kitchen not only for storage, but also as an oven dish and for cooking on the stove. The highly durable material lasts a lifetime, is scratch-resistant, taste-neutral, acid-resistant and temperature-resistant up to 400°C.
The particularly smooth surface repels bacteria and dirt and is particularly easy to clean. The enamel is also free of harmful substances and BPA.

This creates a vacuum in the enamel box - for freshness and a longer shelf life
Put the lid on tightly
Place the lid on the enamel box and press it down.
Install the vacuum pump
Now firmly press the pump (accessory - must be ordered separately) onto the valve in the cover.
Operate the pump
Pull the pump 5-6 times and press it again - this removes the air from the box and creates a vacuum - the lid pulls down.
Open again
To open the enamel box, pull the valve from the lid, the oxygen escapes and the lid can be removed.
What is enamel actually made of?
The very special products are created from the base materials steel and glass in a complex manufacturing process. First, the mold design is established, the steel blank is drawn and prepared for
further processing. The base glaze, consisting of molten glass, is carefully applied to the mold and melted onto it at 900˚C. This enameling process is repeated several times, depending on
product until the HoneyWare enamel meets the desired quality criteria. Enamel combines the best properties of purely natural ingredients.

HoneyWare enamel containers - universal and particularly easy to use
Enamel containers are ideal for storing food in the pantry, fridge or freezer, as well as for reheating food.
(Pre)cooked food can be safely stored in the enamel container and then heated directly on the hob (suitable for all types of hob, including induction) or in the oven. Also ideal as an oven dish for baking gratin, lasagna or cakes (always heat uncovered).
