Product description
Baby Blue fondant from SmartFlex is great for covering cakes, making figures or any type of decoration. The fondant is easy to pick up by hand and can be rolled very well and thin. It doesn't break, crack or stick while running. The surface is perfectly homogeneous, with a velvety touch. It can be used in different temperature ranges, from Mediterranean to Scandinavian. Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Drinking Water, Vegetable Fats (Coconut, Hydrogenated Palm Seed), Modified Starch (Potato Starch), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sky Blue Food Color (Glycerol, Propylene Glycol, Color (E133), Emulsifier (E551)), Flavouring, Preservative (SORBAT de potassium), acidity REGULATOR (citric acid). Storage: Store in a dry place, 16-23°c, away from light and air. After opening put the remaining Fondant back in the original packaging to avoid drying.
